Kim is a skilled administrative professional specializing in daily office operations, complimented by exceptional customer service, management experience, volunteer management, project management, and event and meeting management.

Kim has raised guide dogs for Guide Dogs of the Desert and was the Deputy Executive Director at that organization with a focus on operations, marketing, fundraising and communications, in addition to working as the Volunteer Coordinator.   Kim also worked for Animal Samaritans SPCA and was the Marketing and Communications director, again working with the volunteers organizing the Animal Samaritans therapy dog program.

Kim has spent 15 years of her life working in the non-profit sector, raising and training guide dogs and working with therapy dogs.  She currently has Maple, a golden retriever, who visits with 911 centers, transportation centers for the education system, veteran assisted living homes, hospice homes and attending the Chicago Honor Flights.  With a strong non-profit background, in raising and training working dogs, Kim brings with her an unparalleled enthusiasm and talent as President of Healing Hearts.
